Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the UK, US, Canada, Australia Sweden, Denmark, UAE, Switzerland, Ireland, Jersey, Gibraltar, Singapore, and select EU countries.

Read below for shipping policy and information for each country.

Please do not leave us delivery instructions, our courier partners give you flexible delivery options you can choose from with your tracking email.

UK Customers

Our cut off time for guaranteed same day dispatch (Monday to Friday) is 2PM**. DPD next day delivery for weekday* deliveries will be £3.99. For next day* deliveries to be delivered on Saturday* will now be £9.99. Note that orders after 2PM* on Thursday to Friday before 2PM* will only arrive on Saturday with the weekend delivery option*.

All pacels will be signed for and given a delivery time slot but DPD UK gives you the flexibility of choosing different options if you will not be home during that time.

Free next day shipping* will still be available for orders over £65 for weekday deliveries, but we offer a discounted rate for Saturday* deliveries if you place the order after 1pm on Thursday and before the cut off time of 1PM on Friday.

For our Northern Ireland clients, we offer 2 day deliveries for £8.99. And Free Shipping for orders over £100. We also offer a discounted shipping rate for NI for orders over £65.

Please be aware certain parts of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands may take up to 2 days to arrive.

We reship lost in transit or damaged items. We are not responsible for any delays incurred once the parcel leaves our warehouse, please be aware of this and plan ahead when placing the order. No refunds on shipping are issued if the parcel is delayed.

*Please note that Saturday* delivery is not guaranteed. No delivery method’s date is guaranteed, we abide by the 30 day delivery period as per Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 3 subsection b.(https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/15/section/28/enacted)

** We make our best effort to ensure all parcels are dispatched within the indicated time frame. We reserve the right to dispatch the parcel the following working day in cases in which demand exceeds capacity. We are unable to offer compensation for this except in cases where Saturday delivery has been purchased, in such case the difference between 24h and Saturday delivery will be refunded.

*** Please note that if the receiver or someone else are not going to be home or at the premises to receive the parcel, the receiver must arrange for a redelivery or request for the parcel to be delivered at a nearby pick up shop through the DPD link received when the parcel was dispatched. We are not responsible for any lost parcels in cases in which the receiver (or someone instructed by the receiver) has amended the delivery to be left “in a safe space”, in such case the receiver takes full responsibility when amending the delivery from our standard signed for to any other option available that do not require a signature.

Please note we do not dispatch Saturday or Sunday.
