Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
How to return your item
To start a return, please contact us at hello@lashoasis.co.uk.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
When returning your item, please include a note inside with the follow:
- Your order number
- A brief note saying it's a return
This helps us process your return efficiently. Returns without identification may result in delays.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Liquid & cosmetic products
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards, liquid and cosmetic products cannot be returned once dispatched, regardless of whether they have been opened or used.
This is because we cannot verify how these products have been stored or handled after leaving our facility.
To ensure every client receives products that are safe, fresh, and uncompromised, we do not reintroduce returned liquids back into circulation.
Exceptions apply only if:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was received
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Liquid or cosmetic products (unless faulty or incorrect)
- Digital products
- Clearance Items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Failed delivery & uncollected parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Not being collected from a pickup point
- Incorrect address provided
Liquid and cosmetic products remain non-returnable and non-refundable, as they cannot be resold once dispatched.
In these cases:
- The order is not eligible for a refund
- We can arrange re-delivery at the customer’s expense
Important note
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors are outside of our control. We are not responsible for courier delays, and shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases. Same day dispatch is based on best effort and shipping is non-refundable if we are unable to process it same day.
