ACTIVATOR:
3% cream oxidant - 10 vol. To be used exclusively with eyelash and eyebrow tints.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Mix the tint with the activator in a 1:1 ratio. Apply the mixture evenly along the entire length of the eyelashes or eyebrows.
•Processing time: 10–15 minutes.
•For post-lamination lashes or brows: Reduce processing time to 6–8 minutes.
